Are all bags authentic?

Yes! Every handbag at Vintage Bag Studio is 100% authentic and goes through multiple authentication checkpoints before being listed for sale. Our process includes:

✔️ Detailed physical inspection to verify materials, stitching, stamping, and craftsmanship

✔️ Serial number, date code, and hardware verification

✔️ Comparisons against brand authentication standards

✔️ Advanced authentication tools and expert review

Each handbag comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as well as a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee or your money back.


Are your shoes authentic?

Yes! All shoes sold at Vintage Bag Studio are 100% authentic and undergo the same thorough authentication process as our handbags.

 

Is your jewelry authentic?

Yes! All jewelry is 100% authentic, and any customized or upcycled elements will be clearly noted in the description.

For example:

Authentic Louis Vuitton Lock + Gold Chain (gold chain is not Louis Vuitton).

We believe in full transparency, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re purchasing.

 

Condition Guide

Since we specialize in vintage and preloved luxury items, some level of wear is expected. We categorize our bags based on the following conditions:

🖤 Brand New in Box – Includes original box, tags, and has never been worn.

🖤 Pristine – Flawless, appears brand new, and likely has never been worn.

🖤 Excellent – No obvious flaws but may have minor signs of wear such as faint scratches, slight creasing, or small scuffs. Keep in mind these are vintage pieces, so natural aging is normal.

🖤 Very Good – Overall great condition with general wear. Any major flaws will be shown in photos and described in the listing.

🖤 Vintage Good – Visible signs of wear, but the item is fully functional. May include worn edges, minor discoloration, or light stains. All significant flaws will be disclosed in the description.

Orders & Shipping


Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S.. International shipping is coming soon!

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE Economy Shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited options are available at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.


Returns & Store Credit


Do you accept returns?

Because of the unique nature of vintage luxury items, we do not offer refunds—a common policy among vintage resellers. However, we want you to love your bag, so we offer store credit on eligible returns.

 

Return Policy:

✔️ Return Window: Items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

✔️ Condition: The bag must be returned in the exact condition it was received, including:

Original tags, dust bag, authenticity cards, and any included accessories.

No new damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

 

⚠️ Missing items or damage may result in a partial or full deduction from the store credit amount.

Can I See Bags in Person?

We are available by appointment only for in-person viewings in Southern California. If you’d like to see a bag before purchasing please fill out our contact form and we’ll get back to you.


Buying & Selling Bags


Do you buy handbags?

Yes! If you have a vintage or designer item you’d like to sell, email support@vintagebagstudio.com with:

✔️ Photos of the item (front, back, sides, interior, brand stamps, and serial numbers if available)

✔️ A brief summary of the bag’s condition

✔️ Any original packaging or accessories included

 

We will review your item and get back to you with an offer or next steps.


Can I request a specific bag?

We source inventory on a case-by-case basis. If you’re looking for a particular designer or style, reach out to support@vintagebagstudio.com, and we’ll do our best to find your dream bag! 


Payments & Discounts


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. You can also pay in installments with Klarna.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Choose Klarna at checkout to split your purchase into interest-free payments. We also offer in-house payment plans on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in an in-house payment plan please e-mail us at support@vintagebagstudio.com and include the bag you're interested in.
