Are your shoes authentic?
Yes. All shoes sold at Vintage Bag Studio are 100% authentic and undergo the same thorough authentication process as our handbags.
Is your jewelry authentic?
Yes. All jewelry sold at Vintage Bag Studio is 100% authentic. If a piece includes any customized or upcycled elements, this will always be clearly disclosed in the product description.
We believe in full transparency—so you’ll always know exactly what you’re purchasing.
Condition Guide
As a vintage and preloved luxury boutique, natural signs of wear are to be expected. Each piece is carefully evaluated and categorized using the following condition standards:
🖤 Brand New in Box
Never worn and includes original box and tags.
🖤 Excellent
No obvious flaws. May show minimal signs of age such as faint scratches, light creasing, or minor scuffs consistent with vintage condition.
🖤 Very Good
Well maintained with noticeable but moderate wear. Any significant flaws are photographed and clearly noted in the product description.
🖤 Vintage Good
Visible signs of wear consistent with age and use. Fully functional and wearable. All notable flaws are disclosed.

Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How much is shipping?
We offer free economy shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited options are available at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique nature of vintage luxury items, all sales are final. However, handbags and shoes may be eligible for return for store credit only, in accordance with the policy below.
Jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return.

Items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in the exact condition received and show no signs of new wear, including:

Original dust bag, authenticity cards, and any included accessories

No new scuffs, creasing, stains, odors, or alterations
⚠️ Items returned with missing components or signs of wear may be subject to a partial or full deduction from the store credit issued, or may be deemed ineligible for return.

Buying & Selling Bags
Do you buy handbags?
Yes. We accept select vintage and designer handbags on a case-by-case basis.

Can I request a specific bag?
Yes. We source inventory on a curated, request-based basis.

Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. You can also pay in installments with Klarna.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Choose Klarna at checkout to split your purchase into interest-free payments.
We also offer in-house payment plans on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested, please email support@vintagebagstudio.com and include the bag you’re interested in.
