AUTHENTICITY

Are your items authentic?

Yes. Every item sold at Vintage Bag Studio is 100% authentic. Each piece goes through a multi-step authentication process where we inspect materials, stitching, hardware, stamps, date codes/serial numbers, and overall construction. We stand behind every item we sell with a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.

Do items come with authenticity cards or dust bags?

Some items include original dust bags, boxes, or authenticity cards if they were available when sourced. If included, this will always be stated in the product listing.

CONDITION

What condition are your items in?

Because we specialize in vintage and pre-owned items, most pieces may show signs of wear. We carefully photograph and describe all items so you know exactly what you’re getting.

We use the following condition scale:

• Brand New in Box

• Excellent

• Very Good

• Vintage Good

Please review all photos and descriptions before purchasing, as vintage items are not in brand-new condition unless stated otherwise.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on eligible items within the return window listed below:

• Handbags and shoes: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery

• All accessories (including jewelry, belts, sunglasses, and upcycled items): Final sale and not eligible for return

Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within the return window listed above

• Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days

• Items must be in the same condition as received

• All original tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and packaging must be included

• Items must not show signs of wear, use, damage, odors, or alterations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is coming soon. If you are located outside of the United States and are interested in purchasing an item, please contact us and we can discuss shipping options and rates on a case-by-case basis.

JEWELRY

Is your jewelry authentic?

Our upcycled jewelry pieces are made using authentic vintage designer components that are repurposed into new jewelry designs.

Vintage Bag Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brands, and these items are redesigned from previously owned authentic pieces.

Can I return jewelry?

No. All jewelry and upcycled jewelry pieces are final sale for hygiene and product integrity reasons.

GENERAL

Do you accept consignments or buy bags?

We do not accept consignments at this time. As a small curated shop, we are currently focused on sourcing and curating our own inventory. Consignment opportunities may be offered in the future.

How often do you add new items?

New items are added regularly in small curated drops. Join our VIP list to get early access to new arrivals.
