RETURNS POLICY

At Vintage Bag Studio, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, we accept returns on select items within 7 days of delivery. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY BY ITEM:

• Handbags and shoes: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery

• All accessories (including jewelry, belts, sunglasses, and upcycled items): Final sale and not eligible for return

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Return requests must be made within the return window listed above (7 days of delivery)

• Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days

• Items must be in the same condition as received

• All original tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and packaging must be included

• Items must not show signs of wear, use, damage, odors, or alterations

Vintage Bag Studio reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition or does not meet our standards.

If a return is denied, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Due to the delicate nature and risk of damage or tampering, all accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
